SOP violation: Neelofa, husband given discharged but not acquitted

SEREMBAN, Dec 1 — Celebrity Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband, Muhammad Haris Mohd Ismail, were given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) on three charges for breaching standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).
